Laura Chisholm joined Social Finance in November 2023 as an IPS Grow Lead for London and the South.
She has five years of experience in IPS, in roles from Employment Specialist to Service Manager, as well as experience leading a personalised care team with multiple projects in primary care, secondary care and adult social care in London.
