Laura Mouzouris-Lodge

Laura’s role has included strategic recruitment planning, working with colleagues to map out job fairs, and managing Workforce emails, ensuring that vacancies are posted within 48 hours, covering for colleagues when needed, and extending this to North and Midlands vacancies.

In addition to her core responsibilities — such as outreach, vacancy follow-up, and candidate engagement — Laura has been involved in broader projects including the Ambassador Progress Programme and Think Ahead.

Before joining Social Finance, Laura was Head of Operations and Safeguarding Lead at Andover Mind, where she also served as Interim Chief Executive. She managed the charity’s £5m Carer Support and Dementia Advice Service for Hampshire, overseeing service delivery, staff leadership, and safeguarding across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. These experiences honed her skills in operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, service quality improvement, and team development.
