Leila Reyburn

Leila joined Social Finance in 2025 and leads the national delivery of IPS services for people living with severe mental illness (SMI) and substance use. Leila’s career has focused on mental health and health inequities, having worked in national roles at NHS England, Mind and Stonewall.
At NHS England she led programmes on the physical health of people living with SMI, Early Intervention in Psychosis, and Individual Placement and Support, working with DHSC and HMT. Her recent experience at NHS England has developed her expertise of NHS programme delivery including policy and finance structures.
Leila is focused on working to create tangible and concrete positive change.
