Loretta Tsang

Loretta joined Social Finance in 2025, bringing skills from her previous roles in a charity and as a consultant. Prior to joining Social Finance, Loretta worked at a social mobility charity that empowers undergraduates from lower socioeconomic background to achieve better employment outcomes. Apart from engaging directly with young people, she also conducted data analyses to implement operational improvements and influence partnerships to enhance opportunities for students.

Loretta also worked as a consultant for the International Red Cross Red Crescent Movement on best practices and challenges of digital mental health and psychosocial support. She is passionate about equitable distribution of choices and chances in health and employment and building systems that empower people to flourish.
