Lucy Stoycheva

Lucy joined Social Finance in 2026 as a Principal Software Engineer. Her career spans full-stack software engineering, architecture, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data engineering and technical leadership. Before joining Social Finance, she worked at Telefónica Tech as a cloud consultant specialising in application modernisation, having previously established and led DevSecOps capabilities across engineering, infrastructure, security and operations.

She works across the end-to-end development and delivery of software systems, with a strong focus on transparency and enabling teams. She is particularly motivated by applying this experience to work that makes a meaningful difference.
