Maggie Bradbury

Maggie is an IPS Grow Regional Lead at Social Finance, supporting the development, delivery and continuous improvement of IPS services across the North of England. Working across both Severe Mental Illness and Drug and Alcohol treatment services, she collaborates with providers, commissioners and system partners to help services deliver high-quality, evidence-based employment support.

Her work includes supporting new and expanding IPS services, facilitating workforce development, delivering training and mentoring, and helping teams maintain fidelity to the IPS model. Maggie works closely with service leaders, team managers and employment specialists to identify opportunities for improvement, share best practice and support positive outcomes for people accessing services.
