Mairi Fraser
Mairi Fraser is IPS Grow’s Workforce Manager. She line manages the national workforce team and leads on key IPS workforce strategies including supporting organisations with staff recruitment and the onboarding and training of new staff.
Mairi joined Social Finance in 2024 from local government. She has 18 years’ experience of working within employability, including nine years working directly with the IPS model of support.
Mairi has been a Service Manager for drugs and alcohol services and serious mental health and primary care networks. She has delivered several IPS randomised controlled trials and recently spent two years supporting the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) with the national expansion of IPS in treatment services.
