Mandy Evans

Mandy works with teams and stakeholders to improve employment outcomes, embed evidence-based practice, and promote inclusive, high-quality vocational support. She has extensive previous experience in leadership, coaching, and employment support across health, drug and alcohol and employability services.
At Social Finance she leads regional IPS implementation work, supporting services through fidelity reviews, performance improvement, KPI monitoring, and action planning to ensure high-quality, evidence-based delivery. She designs and delivers training, resources, and national learning events. A significant part of her work includes stakeholder engagement with commissioners, service leads, and system partners to influence strategy, workforce development, and service improvement.
Mandy has taken part in multiple IPS fidelity reviews, assisting in the production of detailed reports and improvement plans which will directly contribute to higher fidelity scores and improved client outcomes. She also focuses on data quality, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement to support better decision-making at both local and national levels.
