Marina Frias Padron
Marina Frias Padron is an IPS Grow Regional Leads for London. Prior to joining Social Finance, she spent four years in IPS as an Employment Specialist, SES and Service Manager in both serious mental illness and drug and alcohol services.
Marina is a Regional Manager within the IPS Grow team in London, leading the regional strategy to enhance IPS delivery quality and performance. She joined IPS Grow in 2023 as a Regional Lead and transitioned into her current role in 2024.
Marina began her IPS career over seven years ago, initially working in SMI IPS service before her involvement in establishing a new Drug and Alcohol IPS service in London. She brings more than a decade of experience across education, mental health, and disability organisations in the third sector.
