Martina Latimir-Jones is Engagement Manager for the IPS Grow programme. She supports Regional Leads and works closely with representatives from IPS services in Trusts, Third Sector organisations, NHS England & NHS Improvement, Health Education England and training / education providers to inform workforce development strategy and develop national standards to drive consistency for the IPS workforce in England.
