Miles is working on researching into High Intensity A&E Users and looking into the gaps in VCSFE service provision for these individuals. During his internship, he is widening his research skills, his synthesis abilities and his understanding of working within a consultancy, facilitating partnerships and creating positive change.

He has worked for local impact organisations, as well as charities prior to his arrival at SF.

He has been working with the Neighbourhood Transformation Fund team, conducting interviews with various HIU leads, alongside a lot of external research, developing an image of what social investment is needed, and how much support different people in Lincolnshire requires.

He is interested in Social investment, specifically why certain decisions are made, why certain groups are not adequately supported, and the complexities behind financing these initiatives. In the future, he wants to be able to make the right, most equitable policy decisions on a macro-scale, whether that be domestically or on a global stage.
