Rachel Mosforth-Hunt

Rachel joined Social Finance as an Operational Manager after working on the first IPS for Primary Care trials in 2018. She has led and mobilised multiple supported employment contracts as a Team Leader, building strong delivery teams and championing high‑quality, person‑centred employment support.

Alongside her frontline and leadership experience, Rachel brought with her valuable time in the NHS, where she managed national procurement contracts across the UK and Northern Ireland—strengthening her understanding of large systems, governance and operational delivery at scale.

At Social Finance, she oversees operational delivery for Connect to Work and leads a national team of Fidelity Assurance Leads to ensure quality, consistency and continuous improvement across regions. She is driven by a deep belief that meaningful employment transforms wellbeing and is committed to helping more people access opportunities that enable them to thrive.
