Rachelle Angeline
Rachelle Angeline is an Associate Director at Social Finance. She has designed strategies for housing for low income households for social investors, councils and private organisations, and has conducted in-depth research into the housing needs of low income and vulnerable households.
Rachelle previously worked on Changing Futures, was seconded to Drive as the Project Manager, and has worked on Black Thrive.
In her spare time, Rachelle is a trustee for youth homeless charity CAYSH.
