Rebecca Luff
Rebecca Luff is an Associate at Social Finance, working across our UK and International portfolios in sectors including health, agriculture and education.
Rebecca joined Social Finance in 2021 and has four years of experience working with donor agencies, service providers and social investors to design, fund and implement innovative and blended finance approaches across Social Finance’s UK and international portfolios.
Rebecca has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Bristol and a Masters in Social Anthropology, with a focus on International Development, from SOAS University of London.
