Rebecca McDonald
Rebecca is a Support Lead in the North at IPS Grow. She works closely with IPS services to help them support more people into meaningful employment and ensure their delivery aligns with the IPS model.
Rebecca joined IPS Grow in 2025. As Support Lead for the North, she works closely with IPS services to help improve employment outcomes and embed the IPS model into everyday delivery. Her role involves providing tailored support to services and identifying opportunities for growth.
The majority of Rebecca’s career has been dedicated to helping people overcome complex challenges and move forward in their employment journey. She has worked in IPS within drug and alcohol services and contributed to a number of pilot employment projects, gaining valuable insight into frontline delivery.
