Rhiannon Harris

Rhiannon joined Social Finance in 2025. After working on IPS in Primary Care within South Yorkshire and East Midlands she felt an ever-growing passion for IPS, the fidelity model and the ongoing support given to IPS teams to ensure their work is successful.
Rhiannon started her career working with young adults with special educational needs and this fostered her passion for supporting vulnerable people to develop their skills and have sustainable positive outcomes. In doing this she saw first hand the impact of leading them away from harmful experiences.
She participated in multiple projects during the pandemic, including job entry schemes developed to help those who had been made redundant as a result of the pandemic, and advocating for students and young people to be heard within institutions where they were under-represented and at risk of dropping out of education and employment.
