Samiha Sehgal

Samiha joined Social Finance in April 2025, prior to which she worked for a year in a non-for-profit organisation advocating for greater access and engagement into STEM fields for children from marginalised communities. During this role, Samiha gained experience in supporting projects, stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships.

Samiha has a unique background of project management experience and technical knowledge. The latter comes from her scientific degree at The University of Edinburgh, wherein she gained extensive experience in data analysis and machine learning. This has allowed Samiha to support work within the data and digital sector of IPS Grow within Social Finance, including smoke testing of the IPS Grow Data Reporting Tool. Samiha is also supporting the data transfer project on Anchor — the new CRM system for IPS Grow.

She is interested in exploring how technology can be used to automate manual processes, and is keen to combine technology within project management. Samiha is a part of the Product Development community of practice and also attends occasional sessions with the Engineering & Analytics team at Social Finance.
