Sara Naqvi

Sara is an Analyst at Social Finance, supporting communities across the organisation’s UK portfolio. She currently works within the Employment and Skills Community, focusing on analysing the availability of support for young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET). Sara brings valuable experience from her career in the education sector, where she worked alongside children and young people on projects in curriculum development, childcare, and educational research.

Sara joined Social Finance in 2025 and works within the UK team supporting our Employment and Skills portfolio.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and an MSc in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford. Prior to joining Social Finance, Sara worked on the frontline in schools, providing pastoral support and designing curricula.

Since joining Social Finance, Sara has played a key role in supporting the delivery of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer in the East Midlands.

She is passionate about developing systems and interventions that authentically serve and empower users, and values human-centred, empathetic approaches to service design and delivery.
