Shaun Reeve
Shaun Reeve leads our Inclusive Education portfolio to support better outcomes for children, schools and local authorities, particularly regarding SEND and children with experience of exclusion.
Having joined Social Finance in 2023, Shaun brings over a decade of experience in education transformation. He previously spent two years as Head of Strategy and Impact at the Teaching School Hub Council, where he developed strategies alongside the Department for Education to improve teaching quality. Prior to this Shaun, as Associate Director at Ambition Institute, was responsible for all new programmes, and created a new admissions function to meet Ambition’s participant growth. Shaun is also a Fellow of the On Purpose programme.
Shaun enjoys system thinking, creating solutions to solve complex problems, and working in partnership to deliver impactful outcomes.
