Shiv has worked with SF since 2021. She designed and developed SF’s first overall Principal Risk Framework and Risk Management Processes which were both approved by the Board. She established SF’s Audit Committee.
She has led the regulatory and compliance agenda across the organisation negotiating our permissions with the FCA and ensuring they are fit for purpose, as well as enabling the organisation to be compliant whilst retaining a commercial outlook. She often provides a second independent opinion on complex topics/projects and governance related challenges.
Shiv has worked with regulators in the public sector, private retailers, rating agencies and across financial services. She has held and continues to hold Board Director Roles and has chaired Audit Committees.
