Tanveer Sian
Tanveer Sian joined Social Finance as a graduate analyst in 2017. He leads our work with young carers, as well as overseeing learning partnership programmes with public sector clients.
Tan has primarily specialised in delivering change for young people, including through Leaving Well, a digital tool designed to support young people leaving care; and through our Violence Impacting Young People programme, where he led on co-designing a hyperlocal strategy to protect young people from violence in partnership with local communities in Manchester.
