Tom Rintoul
Tom Rintoul is a Strategist focused on how to steward markets for technology to deliver the products and outcomes that governments want. He leads our work on interoperability and data infrastructure, notably our long-term partnership to develop data standards for social care with the Department for Education and the Department for Health & Social Care.
Tom brings experience from 15 years in commercial strategy, product development, and policy. Setting foot in children’s services for a three-month project in 2017, he has never left, remaining committed to work through to get people who have been in care, social workers, and carers, the resources and technology they need.
