Tomi Ayeni

Tomi joined Social Finance as part of the IPS Grow team, where he supports services across England to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development for Employment Specialists and Team Leaders. His work focuses on helping services design and deliver effective recruitment campaigns, develop retention strategies, and build workforce capacity to sustain high-quality IPS delivery.

Before joining Social Finance, Tomi worked in recruitment within the health and social care and finance sectors, where he gained experience in workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and service development. He has led large-scale recruitment projects, designed onboarding frameworks, and advised services on strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
