System Change

Veniecia has experience across domestic abuse, inclusive education, youth impacted by violence, and housing.

She collaborates with partners in government, charities, and by-and-for organisations to surface and unblock barriers within systems, recognising that these often reflect deeper system dynamics — from funding and governance to data, relationships, and culture. Her work focuses on designing and improving services and programmes to drive better, more sustainable outcomes for people.

Veniecia joined Social Finance from the Behavioural Insights Team, where she worked on business development and growth strategy. She also previously served as a Special Projects & Policy Assistant for the Government of Canada.
