Vicki Eslick
Vicki is a Support Lead in IPS Grow.
Vicki joined IPS Grow in April 2025 after working as an Employment Specialist delivering IPS in a drug and alcohol service.
As a Team Leader, she supports service delivery through fidelity reviews, guided self assessments, events, and in-depth team support. She also feeds back into a national approach from the Support Lead team.
She values collaborative, creative spaces and brings strengths in problem-solving and supportive leadership, together with a keen eye for detail.
Vicki is passionate about supporting a safe culture for people to develop and be their true selves.
