Vicky Huffey is the Business Support and Governance Lead at Social Finance. She has more than 20 years experience in leadership roles in creative industries, building and developing multi-functional and multicultural teams across the UK and Asia Pacific.
Before joining Social Finance in 2024, Vicky worked with a range of global clients across fast-moving consumer goods, retail, luxury, healthcare and hospitality.
Vicky is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a mentor for Toastmasters International and a qualified practitioner of MTQ48 Mental Toughness and Lumina Leader 360, Lumina Spark and Lumina Emotion psychometric assessments.
