Vicky Lomas
Vicky is an IPS Grow Regional Lead in the North of England, overseeing a portfolio of IPS services based within Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol services. Vicky is passionate about driving change in operational delivery to support sustained outcomes for those using the services.
Vicky joined IPS Grow in April 2025 as the Regional Lead supporting IPS services across the North of England within Mental health and Drug and Alcohol settings with the focus of ensuring operational success. Vicky has 20+ years experience of working in Drug and Alcohol Services, including 12 in management where she has implemented new contracts, driven innovations, and led on a national level IPS delivery across the charity sector. Vicky is passionate about creating life-changing employment opportunities through the IPS model.
