Will Damazer
Will Damazer is an Associate Director in the Government + Enterprise team with a particular focus on Housing. He works with government and social enterprises to help them operate more effectively and design new interventions.
Prior to joining Social Finance in 2021, Will was at the National Citizen Service (NCS) where he worked to deliver impact through its network of providers with a focus on using data effectively and financial modelling. He started his career in strategy consulting firm OC&C on corporate strategy and commercial due diligence projects and holds a Masters in economics with a focus on development economics, previously working with J‑PAL in Chile.
Outside of work, Will is a Data Advisor for a community-focused charity Tomorrow’s Warriors and is a volunteer bike courier with the Walworth Community Food Hub. He tutors Economics through The Access Project (TAP).
