Samantha Amponteng

Samantha joined Social Finance as an intern in June 2026. Her professional and personal interests are deeply rooted in addressing systematic inequalities faced by underrepresented groups. Having previously undertaken work at PAC London, she brings experience in community-focused advocacy and frontline support. During her time at PAC as a peer researcher, Samantha engaged in analysing and presenting core issues that affected young people within her local community.
In addition to her research background, Samantha is a proud Girl’s Network Ambassador. She has also worked as a Careers Advisor within her university’s employment service, actively bridging the gap between young people and employment opportunities. Her background in connecting individuals to the right workplace support aligns with her current focus within the employment and skills team at Social Finance.
