Tara Rowe-Smith

Tara has spent her career building cross-sector partnerships to achieve better outcomes for people, communities and systems, with a focus in the health sector and reducing inequalities.
Since joining Social Finance in 2017, she has worked across a number of our impact areas. From supporting charity partners to explore new routes to impact, developing social investment cases for NHS and local authorities and leading a number of initiatives from design to implementation, and then scale-up. This included a secondment to a national charity to implement a service model Social Finance piloted as a social outcomes contract, and two years working on strategy, fundraising and systems change with our domestic abuse partnership with the Drive Partnership.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Tara held roles across the non-profit and private sectors in the fields of charity finance, disability, and health informatics.
