Caroline Gadd

Caroline joined Social Finance in 2023 to lead our data and digital business unit, having previously spent ten years leading as Managing Director at a digital mental health start-up that was successfully scaled as part of the NHS Innovation Accelerator before being acquired by Holmusk. 

In early leadership roles, Caroline built up deep commercial and clinical expertise in highly regulated industries such as health, pharmaceuticals and biotech . She has led market access strategies for some of the most impactful medicines and formed strategic partnerships underpinned by a commitment to improving people’s health outcomes. 

With direct healthcare experience as a paediatric nurse, Caroline remains committed to providing scalable solutions that support frontline staff, are co-produced with communities and people accessing services, and improve outcomes for people with the greatest needs.
