Rosanna Hardwick

Rosanna Hardwick is one of Social Finance’s Directors who leads partnerships to embed data and technology to support decision-making and improve outcomes. Her role brings together multi-disciplinary specialists with deep experience of scaling and sustaining innovations for social change. 

Rosanna joined Social Finance in 2015. She has convened multi-agency partnerships for data and digital transformation with more than 70 public sector, third sector and academic partners, including The Health Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, and the Centre for Digital Public Services. Drawing on the learnings from these partnerships, she had led the design and delivery of innovation support programmes and learning networks for innovators across the UK and globally.

Rosanna also brings deep experience of social investment and systems change across health and care, and previously worked on the Care and Wellbeing Fund, a £12m social investment fund that supported the development and scaling of innovative, community-based models of care. 

Prior to this, Rosanna worked for an NHS Community Trust and for the national mental health charity Student Minds. She has previously been a Director on the Board of Reconnections, a Social Impact Bond tackling loneliness, and Trustee of Age UK East London.
