Rosanna Hardwick

Rosanna has convened multi-agency partnerships for data and digital transformation with more than 70 public sector, third sector and academic partners, including The Health Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, and the Centre for Digital Public Services. 

Drawing on the learnings from these partnerships, she had led the design and delivery of innovation support programmes and learning networks for innovators across the UK and globally.

Rosanna also brings deep experience of social investment and systems change across health and care, and previously worked on the Care and Wellbeing Fund, a £12m social investment fund that supported the development and scaling of innovative, community-based models of care.

Prior to joining Social Finance in 2015, Rosanna worked for the national mental health charity Student Minds. She has previously been a Director on the Board of Reconnections, a Social Impact Bond tackling loneliness, and a Trustee of Age UK East London.
