Caitlin Williams

Caitlin has managed and led several projects in the People and Planet space, looking at how businesses delivering social value can benefit from participating in the Voluntary Carbon Market. 

Caitlin has co-developed frameworks to assess the readiness of ecosystems and service providers to engage in outcomes-based partnerships and designing a course on Development Impact Bonds for a bilateral development partner.

Caitlin previously worked in the Education Finance team of an international development consultancy, building on her experience as an Overseas Development Institute fellow in the Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation division of Ghana’s Ministry of Education, Ghana. 

She began her career at the Department for Work and Pensions.
