Caitlin Williams
Caitlin is an Associate Director in our International team.
She works on development impact bonds and broader innovative finance mechanisms to address social challenges across the world, with a particular interest in work in the education sector.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Caitlin worked in the Education Finance team of an international development consultancy, on projects with a range of multilateral and bilateral donors, specialising in work on education and public finance, particularly with UNICEF. This built on her experience as an Overseas Development Institute fellow in the Ministry of Education, Ghana, where she was part of the Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Evaluation division. She began her career working at the Department for Work and Pensions.
