Ivjyot Singh Oberoi

As a Performance Management Analyst for the Mental Health and Employment Partnership, Ivjyot supported two IPS services in London and Shropshire using the Social Impact Bond model, overseeing financial models, data collection and performance management for providers assisting those with severe mental illnesses and learning disabilities.

His published contributions include detailed research on the potential of outcome-based financing in India for the Government Outcomes Lab. Separately, he explored changing learning demographics globally, with an article published in FE Week. Ivjyot was also invited as a speaker at the skills conference convened by the City of London in 2023.

He holds a Masters in Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelors in Technology (Civil Engineering) from SRM University.
