Karuna Menon
Karuna Menon is an Associate at Social Finance, working with internal and external stakeholders on initiatives that expand and strengthen the IPS workforce across England. Her role combines data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Karuna joined Social Finance in 2023, bringing an academic background in Political Science and International Development, alongside prior experience in non-profit project management.
She previously spent three years at a New Delhi-based non-profit dedicated to knowledge and cultural production among marginalized communities.
