Lorna Shaw is a member of the Social Finance Board. She is an executive coach, working with leaders on transformational change, leadership excellence, and organisational development. She was previously a local government officer in Birmingham and Wolverhampton City Councils and acted as a senior consultant for the Local Government Association.
Lorna’s career has spanned economic development, housing, health and wellbeing. She has recently worked with local councils on designing and embedding equity, diversity and inclusion strategies. Lorna is also the Chair of Governors at Park Hill Primary School in Birmingham.
