Email Mel JepsonMel Jepson is Director of Human Resources. She joined Social Finance in 2011 just as we were launching the world’s first Social Impact Bond (SIB), and played a significant role in setting up and running the One* Service in Peterborough.
Mel spent 13 years in various roles at Charlton Athletic Football Club. Following a career break to go travelling, Mel settled in Peterborough and joined the One* Service as Office Manager where she was instrumental in setting up the systems and processes to facilitate the Peterborough SIB. When the One* Service drew to a close, Mel helped to build the TTG Training CIC. After that Mel started to gravitate towards HR roles. She became Director of HR in 2024.
In her spare time Mel is Akela at a local Scout Group.
