Mel Jepson
Mel has been an integral part of the Social Finance HR team since 2015.
Prior to Social Finance, she worked for Charlton Athletic Football Club for 13 years. Following a career break to go travelling, she settled in Peterborough and joined the One* Service as Office Manager in 2011. She was instrumental in setting up the systems and processes to facilitate the UK’s first social impact bond. When the One Service drew to a close, she helped to build TTG Training CIC.
In her spare time Mel is Akela at a local Scout Group.
What are your hobbies and interests?
Scouting is a huge passion. Dog shows when I have time!
