Niall O'Reilly
Niall O’Reilly is the Executive Director of IPS Grow. He leads our work with the UK Government to expand the use and oversee the implementation of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Niall and his team have secured more than £300M of new investment to expand IPS access in the UK and the services now support more than 50,000 people in the UK each year — the largest scale-up of IPS in the world.
Niall joined Social Finance in 2022 with nearly 20 years’ expertise in work-health commissioning and delivery. He created the largest IPS service in the country and was a strategic lead for the health-led IPS trial. He has worked in communities facing multiple disadvantage, including as UK Head of Income Generation and New Initiatives at the Coalfields Regeneration Trust.
Niall has also led and commissioned multiple programmes for 14 to 25 year-olds at risk of exclusion from education, employment and training.
Niall is a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals (FIEP).
