Tara joined Social Finance in 2017 and is working with the Health and Social Care team. She is currently supporting local areas to develop new care models which encourage healthcare providers to take joint responsibility for population health outcomes. She is also advising local authorities on developing outcome-based contracts to support the Transforming Care agenda for those with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Tara previously worked for social enterprise, Koreo, where she managed a national employment and mentoring programme for people with disabilities. Prior to this, she worked for health informatics company, Dr Foster, project managing the delivery of national and international quality benchmarking tools. Tara’s career started on the Charityworks graduate programme where she was placed at the Charity Finance Group. She has a BSc in Biological Sciences from Durham University.
