Tara Rowe-Smith
Tara Rowe-Smith is co-lead for the Health and Social care community of impact. She leads implementation and performance-shaping across our social investment portfolio and develops new social investment proposals with the NHS and other partners.
Since joining Social Finance in 2017, Tara has worked across a number of our impact areas. She was seconded to Independent Age to implement the Reconnections service, which Social Finance piloted as a social outcomes contract. She also spent two years working on strategy, fundraising and systems change with our domestic abuse partnership with the Drive Partnership.
Tara previously worked in the non-profit and private sectors in the fields of charity finance, disability, and health informatics.
