Tara Rowe

She works part time with the Drive Partnership developing opportunities for systems change within perpetrator provision, and in 2021 launched a new early intervention service for families living with domestic abuse in London. Recently she has led a team to carry out participatory research with the Jewish community to improve mental health outcomes in children and young people.
In 2020, Tara worked on secondment with Independent Age, supporting the transfer and mobilisation of the Reconnections service which was originally developed as a social impact bond in Worcestershire.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Tara spent five years working across non-profit and private sectors in the fields of charity finance, disability and health informatics.
