Aarthi Ravishankar

Aarthi joined Social Finance in 2023, bringing fresh perspectives on health, integrated care, and collaboration with the NHS. She is a practising GP with a special interest in paediatrics and adolescent health and continues to work clinically alongside her role at Social Finance.
Prior to joining Social Finance, she completed the prestigious Darzi Fellowship, a systems leadership programme for clinicians, and held diverse leadership roles across North West London, predominantly focused on children and young people. Notably, she was Clinical Adolescent Improvement Lead at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust, where she spearheaded the NEON project in partnership with local youth-worker charities, introducing an integrated care model to address health inequities for 16–24 year olds admitted to adult wards.
At Social Finance, Aarthi has contributed to a wide range of projects spanning health and government-facing work, including maternity, VAWG, and the CYP portfolio. She also recently completed a secondment with the North West London ICB, devising a strategy to restore secondary care waiting list standards for the region.
Outside of work, she is a Trustee of the Young Harrow Foundation.
