Creating equal opportunities to fulfilling employment.

The Health + Work team at Social Finance is working towards a world where disabled people, including those living with health conditions, have an equal opportunity to thrive through lasting and fulfilling employment.

We seek to break down barriers and make fulfilling employment a priority for health systems, as well as health and wellbeing a priority for employment programmes and employers.

Among other projects, the team manages IPS Grow, an NHS England-backed initiative to support the growth of individual placement and support (IPS) services.
